How do price drop alerts work on SpendMitra?
Paste any Amazon or Flipkart product link, open the product page and tap Watch price. Set a target price or choose any drop, and turn on Telegram, email or the Android app. We check the price for you and send an alert when it drops to your target.
How quickly are price drop alerts delivered?
Products on a deal are checked every 30 minutes, and every other product at least twice a day. The alert goes out as soon as a check finds the lower price.
Do I need to install any app for price drop alerts?
No. You can get alerts on Telegram or by email without installing anything new. If you prefer, the SpendMitra Android app sends them as notifications.
Can I set alerts for both Amazon and Flipkart products?
Yes. You can set price drop alerts for Amazon.in and Flipkart products from the same free account.
Will I get spammed with repeated alerts for the same product?
No. After an alert, we only send another one when the price drops at least 1% below the last price we told you about, or when it rises and then falls again. Small wobbles are ignored.
Can I get an alert when an out-of-stock product is back in stock?
Yes. Tap "Notify me when in stock" on the product page. We send an alert when the product is available again, and never more than one a day for the same product.
