Account Deletion

SpendMitra lets you permanently delete your account and associated personal data. This page explains how to start the deletion process and what happens to your data after deletion.
Delete your account in the app
The fastest way to delete your SpendMitra account is directly inside the mobile app:
- Open SpendMitra and sign in with the account you want to delete.
- Go to Profile > Settings.
- Open the Account section.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm the deletion.
If you cannot access the app
If you cannot sign in, you can request account deletion by emailing support@spendmitra.com from the Google account email associated with your SpendMitra account.
Use the subject line Account Deletion Request and include your Google sign-in email address so we can verify the request.
What data is deleted
When your SpendMitra account is deleted, we permanently remove the account and associated user-owned data, including:
- Your profile information, display name, bio, public profile slug, and linked Google account identifier stored by SpendMitra
- Your wardrobe items, notes, purchase lifecycle data, and recently viewed items
- Your price alerts, stock alerts, notification preferences, and linked device tokens
- Your collections, collection sections, and product associations
- Your hearts on public collections and your in-app notification records
Data retention
Account deletion is processed immediately when initiated inside the app. If you request deletion by email, we process it within a reasonable timeframe after verification.
We may retain limited records when required for legal, fraud prevention, security, abuse prevention, or compliance purposes.
